Simple cancellation policy
Select Manage / Cancel on this website, enter your booking email, then open the email titled “Your private My Lessons link” and choose “Open My Lessons.” You can cancel or reschedule until the exact deadline shown beside the class. The standard deadline is 24 hours before class.
Households completing at least three hours of lessons in each of the previous four calendar weeks automatically receive a flexible 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling window. Lessons booked under the same household email are combined.

Go to Manage / Cancel, enter the email used to book, then open the My Lessons email. Choose the class and select Cancel or Reschedule before its exact deadline. A cancelled time reopens automatically.
