Need to cancel or reschedule?

Open My Lessons and choose the class. The standard online change deadline is exactly 24 hours before it starts, and the exact deadline is shown on every lesson.

Households completing at least three hours of lessons in each of the previous four calendar weeks automatically receive a flexible 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling window. Lessons booked under the same household email are combined.
